Analysis and CAE

Our product analysis capability allow us to perform linear and nonlinear finite element analysis calculations. This includes performing CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) calculations of structures, thermal performance of electrical enclosures, heat sink optimization, and valve / manifold geometry optimization.

Dynamic analysis of structures using modal, response spectra, PSD (Power Spectral Density) and direct transient response e.g. shock / crash analysis can also be conducted.

From assembly of correlated whole vehicle models to dynamic assessment of powertrain hydro bushes. As experts in dynamics, we help to solve some of the most complex problems in the industry, minimising axle shake and improving powertrain isolation.

The example shows a vertical drop at the ground with the vehicle recovering on primary ride, with some secondary ride effects.
